Who We Are
At NIEJ, our members and researchers engage in social and scientific inquiry, share findings at academic symposia, and publish in a wide array of scholarly and professional journals.
The research and discoveries that our members make serve as the basis for training programs supported by NIEJ, wherein professionals are instructed on best practices, furnished with scenarios from the real world, and provided with concrete tools which they can utilize when working with people of diverse cultures and those with differing abilities.
Moreover, NIEJ’s network of experts provide provides consultation services, where professionals provide support to assist in assessing difficult situations, informing attorneys, judges, educators, healthcare teams, and other decision makers in order to bring equity to individuals from all cultures and those with disabilities.
Donations and philanthropic funding allow NIEJ to support entities that need trainings and services by helping to supplement their budgets to afford high quality training and consulting services.
